I’ve worked in hospitality since the age of 15 and have experienced the industry from almost every angle possible. From glass collecting in nightclubs and working in cafés, to bartending, cheffing, private chef work in Atlanta, Georgia, running my own marketing consultancy in Scotland and eventually owning restaurants myself, hospitality has always been at the centre of my life.

That hands-on background is what makes my approach to food, drink and lifestyle photography different. I don’t just understand how to take a good photo, I understand hospitality from the ground up. I understand service, atmosphere, pressure, branding, customer behaviour, menu development and what actually makes people stop, engage and buy.

Having worked both behind the scenes and on the business side of hospitality, I know how to capture food and drinks in a way that feels authentic, commercially strong and true to the energy of a venue. Whether it’s a cocktail shot, a busy brunch service or a brand campaign, I approach every project with a real understanding of the industry and the people behind it.
